What is the RPA?

The Rensselaer Pride Alliance (RPA) exists to encourage the participation of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute community in the promotion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, other gender and sexual minority (henceforth referred to as LGBT*), and ally intellectual and social interests, and to foster the development of understanding, appreciation, and pride in LGBT* history and culture.

Weekly Meetings

Pubic meetings are held weekly in the RPI Student Union, during the fall and spring semesters, check our calendar for up to date times and locations.

Who can join?

Anyone can join! Whether you’re straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or questioning – you’re welcome to come to meetings. We especially try to encourage those who might be unsure of their sexual orientation to come to a meeting.
